How to register
Participants should register before 30 May 2017.
Authors have to be registered before 5 May 2017.
The early registration deadline is 7 April 2017.

How to pay
All payments should be made in euros without charges for the beneficiary. Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payment received after the stated deadlines. Confirmation letters and payment invoices will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees.
- By Bank Transfer: It is important that a copy of the bank transfer is sent by e-mail to spheric2017@ephytech.com.
- By Credit Card: MASTERCARD and VISA credit cards are accepted. On-line payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the Congress on-line webpage.
Currency
All Congress fees are calculated in Euros €. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform accordingly the Congress Organizing Bureau in order to avoid being charged with the late registration fee.
Confirmation of participation
As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings. Participants are kindly requested to present their registration confirmation letter upon check-in at the Registration Desk, operating at the Conference Venue during the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration should be made writing to the Congress Organizing Bureau. For cancellations received before June 1st 2017, 50% of the fee, will be refunded. No refund will be possible thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the event. Bank charges will be deducted.
